Jesse L. Stephens is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, entrepreneur, and founder of AEi – American Energy Intelligence Group. Based in Louisiana, he focuses on developing resilient energy infrastructure for AI data centers, defense installations, and critical facilities through modular microgrids and autonomous energy control systems.

Mr. Allaire is a global energy infrastructure executive with more than 30 years of experience across 50+ countries and 80+ transactions totaling over $12 billion in asset value. His work spans utility-scale power, solar, data centers, and smart energy infrastructure. He previously led a MENA-based energy development company and founded a $750M energy infrastructure acquisition fund in Dubai. He began his career as a petroleum geologist with Union Texas Petroleum and TotalEnergies.

Eric Dahler is a social entrepreneur and senior executive with 35 years of experience in venture development, strategic finance, and business strategy. His work centers on building scalable platforms in decentralized technology, energy infrastructure, controlled environment agriculture, and regenerative water systems. Dahler specializes in developing resilient, circular community ecosystems that create sustainable economic value for communities and investors. He holds a B.S. in Political Science and Economics from Hobart College.

Andrew McBride is the Founder and Managing Partner of Covitus Capital, where he has led the firm’s growth since its launch in 2023. With more than nine years of finance experience, he has advised on nearly $1.5 billion in M&A and restructuring transactions across energy, infrastructure, transportation, real estate, and manufacturing. His background includes roles at Young America Capital, Interim President and CRO of a venture-backed manufacturer, and earlier work in large-scale energy development and subsea engineering with Transocean and Seadrill. He holds an MBA in Finance from Boston University and a B.S. in Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, and served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Reserves.
